A few weeks ago I mentioned a little side project I was working on, and this is it!

Basically it’s me talking about food and history in what I hope is an interesting and amusing way.
I’ve just published my first article and it’s about the invention of the sandwich. This week marks the 250th anniversary of its creation so I thought it would be quite a fun topic to write on.
